ABOUT THE CAST
Sam
Cieri (Jesus)
Daniel
Colon (John the
Baptist/Judas) - Daniel is very
excited to be a part of Godspell. A senior at Celebration High
School, he is ready to graduate and move on to a career in
theatre. Daniel has recently been seen as Gary in I Hate
Hamlet and Conrad Swibel/ John Rolfing in Working the
Musical.
Tiara Bergy -
Tiara is
very excited to be in her 6th
Celebration Players production. She is a twelve-year-old home
schooler and enjoys it a lot. Past show credits include,
School House Rock Live, Jr., Dear Edwina, Jr., Our Town,
Fiddler on the Roof, We the People, and now Godspell.
Most recently, she was seen in American Pop Forever,
and Glitter on Broadway, as a member of Celebration
School’s Headliners. Tiara can also be seen in the Flee to
be Free video series that assists in the prevention of
child abduction. She was recently chosen as a member of the
delegation representing Kissimmee/Osceola County competing for
the All American City Award that traveled to Anaheim,
California. Tiara is honored to be working with such a
talented cast in Godspell, and wants to thank Bobby,
Frank, and Drew Darr. Tiara would especially like to thank her
wonderful Mom for being the best “Drama Mama” in the world!
Michaelangelo A.
Barreto -
Michael is a 16 year old Puerto Rican and is excited to be
here. Michael was seen in CHS Theatre Department’s production
of Register Here. This is Michael’s second time on
stage, first time in a musical and first time working with the
Celebration Players. He has had a lot of fun working with the
cast of Godspell and hopes to continue in theatre. His
ultimate goal is to act in or direct a full length motion
picture.
Chelsea
Dix –
A
junior at Celebration High School, Chelsea is a member of Off
Book Productions and has been involved in the Musical Theatre
Dept. for two wonderful years. Chelsea has been seen recently
as Grace Clements, Working, and is excited to be making
her debut with the Celebration Players. Chelsea would like to
thank Bobby and Frank for this great opportunity, “humbly at
thy feet we fall”. Chelsea would like to thank her family and
friends for their support. Much love, and enjoy the show.
Amanda
Drolet -
This is Amanda's third summer with the Players, and she's
very excited to be back! Her recent credits include Working
(Candy Cottingham), Register Here (Holly Woods), A
Christmas Carol (Belinda/Rebecca), and We the People
(Martha). Amanda is a recent graduate of Celebration High
School and a founding member of Off Book Productions. Amanda
will be attending FSU Honors in the fall, and would like to
thank her family for supporting her busy schedule!
Maddie
Fosmo –
A junior at Celebration High School, Maddie recently moved
here from Wisconsin. This is her first Celebration Players
production but has been previously been seen in The Wizard
of Oz, A Little Princess, and Working. Maddie has
had many years of vocal, acting, guitar and flute training,
and enjoys playing tennis and being with her family.
Jessica Jenkins -
Jessica loves the stage. She has
been seen in several shows and recitals and loves to act,
dance, and sing. Jessica is taking Musical theater at
Celebration School, where she was seen in Once Apon A
Matress.
Alyson
McCoy
- Alyson is totally ecstatic about this production of
Godspell.
Alyson is a member of the National Honors Society and
treasurer for her troupe in the International Thespian Society
at Celebration High School. She is also a competitive twirler
and currently holds the state title in strut and solo in her
division. Past productions include

(Jackquilin Cass). Alyson would like to thank her friends,
family, and God for all of their support and guidance. And
also much thanks to the crew for putting up with her
silliness.
Kelley
Ryan-
Kelley is finishing up freshman year at the Osceola County
School for the Arts as a percussion major. She is thrilled to
once again be onstage in a musical, her last show being We
The People with the Players last summer. She plans to
attend the Arts School next year, but continue acting,
singing, and dancing in her after school hours. Working with a
such a talented, fun, and tight cast like this has been a
great experience, and she's grateful for the friends she's
made and the things she's learned. She's never happier then
when she's up on stage making people happy, and this is
definitely one of the best shows she's one so far.
Kevin
Syracuse -
A junior at celebration high school, this is Kevin’s third production
with Celebration Players. Previously he was seen as Nachum The
Beggar in Fiddleron the Roof and Wally in Our Town.
Kevin has really enjoyed his time with the celebration players
and has never played in a more exciting show. He would like to
thank my family for getting me to audition for this show.
THE
PRODUCTION TEAM
Bobby
Amerena
(Director) – A former
model and T.V. commercial actor Bobby is originally from
Boston. His Directing credits include, an April 2000
production of Godspell, Run For Your Wife, 1776, The
Music Man, Man of La Mancha, and We The People and
has also stage managed several productions. Stage credits
include Col. Thomas McKean in 1776, Bobby Franklin in
Run For Your Wife, Felix Unger in The Odd Couple,
Pontius Pilot in The Crucifixion of Christ and John
Dickinson in 1776. Bobby also does voice over and
corporate video work.
Frank
Mathews (Musical
Director/Orchestration Tracks) - This is Frank’s 11th
production with the Players, including onstage as Jacey
Squires in The Music Man, and multiple appearances in
the orchestra pit, either as cellist or conductor. Frank has
had the opportunity to work with the Celebration High School
Drama/Theatre Department and many times with the Celebration
Players Youth Theatre. He attended the Crane School of Music
in Potsdam, NY and is a 5 year resident of Celebration. BIG
thanks to Barbara, Felicia and Bobby for allowing me to stick
around!
Drew Darr
(Stage Manager)
– Drew is excited to be Stage Managing back at his home
theatre. He has been at Palm Beach Atlantic University
studying theatre this past year but is thrilled to be back
home for the summer. He would like to thank his friends both
near and far, his family, and his savior Jesus Christ!
