ABOUT THE CAST AND CREW:
Production Team
Bobby Amerena (director) - Players
Production Manager for 4 seasons, Bobby is originally from
Boston. Stage credits include Editor Webb in Our Town,
Col. Thomas McKean and John Dickinson in 1776, Bobby
Franklin in Run for Your Wife, Felix Unger in The
Odd Couple, Pontius Pilot in The Crucifixion of Christ.
His Directing credits include, Godspell, Run For Your Wife,
The Music Man, Man of La Mancha and he has also stage
managed several productions.
Frank Mathews (Music Director) -
Frank attended the Crane School of Music in Potsdam, NY, is a
4 year resident of Celebration and has been involved with the
Celebration Players for over two years. Credits with the
Players include Jacey Squires in Music Man, orchestra
for 1776 and Chorus Line, and Music Director for
Man of La Mancha, 1776, Fiddler on the Roof and
Dear Edwina, Jr. with the Celebration Players Youth
Theatre in 2005. Frank has also been involved with various
productions of the Celebration High School drama department.
Thanks go out to Bob & Felicia Amerena and Barbara Bowers for
the many terrific opportunities to work with such talented
groups!
Christine Keppler (Stage Manager)
- Christine was last seen on the Celebration stage as Yente in
Fiddler on the Roof and as Mrs. Gibbs in Our Town.
She is very excited to be stage managing again, especially for
Bobby! Christine has a Masters Degree from Carnegie Mellon in
Acting and some of her favorite roles include, Judith Bliss
in Hayfever, Kathrina in The Taming of the Shrew, and
Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar. Thanks to everyone in
the cast and Celebration Players for being so great to work
with! Also, an especially big thank you to JP for helping
stage manage the show. I don't know what I would do without
you!
JP Cortes (Assistant Stage Manager) - This is JP's first
time "behind the scenes." He was last seen as Mendel in
Fiddler on the Roof, and was in past Celebration
productions of 1776 and Man of La Mancha. JP
aspires to be in film and has a great passion for acting. He
is currently a performer at Universal Studios, and recently
performed at Mardi Gras on stilts in the parade. He is so
happy to be working with the Celebration Players again, and he
loves stage managing with the lovely Christine and can't wait
to do another production with her!
Jody
Baker (Production
Assistant) - Born in the US Jody
spent most of her life in the UK. In 2002 Jody moved back to
the US with her English husband Dave and 2 children John &
Pippa. Jody has a new found passion for the theatre, through
her children , and worked
backstage on the Players
last production Fiddler On The Roof . Jody
is delighted to be involved in this Youth Production of We
The People. Thank you to the Players for giving me this
opportunity.
Cast Bios
Kelley Ryan (Abby) – Kelly is
thrilled to once again be onstage with the Celebration
Players. Some of her favorite shows include: School House
Rock Live! Jr., Fiddler on the Roof, and Dear Edwina,
Jr. In the fall, Kelley will be a freshman at the Osceola
County School of the arts as a percussionist and is thankful
to be working with such a talented cast and a wonderful
director.
Amanda Drolet (Martha) – Amanda is
thrilled to be involved with We the People, after
helping tech Schoolhouse Rocks and 1776
with the Players last summer. Her recent theatre credits
include Principal Clark in Footloose as well as
Caroler/rich woman in A Christmas Carol. Amanda is
also a founding member of CHS's Off-Book Productions, and is
also involved with many other clubs at CHS. She would like to
thank her family for working their schedules around this show
for the summer!
Andrew Henske (Sam) – Andrew was
born in Rockaway N.J. but now resides in Celebration Fl. He
loves being on the stage and his roles include Charlie Brown
in Your A Good Man Charlie Brown, Ren McCormack in
Footloose, and Horton the Elephant in Seussical the
Musical. He has appeared in multiple Celebration Players
shows including The King and I, 1776, and Man of La
Mancha. He was last seen in Off Book Production’s The
Mousetrap as Christopher Wren. He would like to thank the
crew for this opportunity and his mother for all of her on
going support.
Mallory Harrell (Betsy) - No
stranger to the stage Mallory was last seen as Ms. Casewell in
OffBook productions The Mousetrap. Her credits include
Footloose, Ariel Moore, A Christmas Carol,
Christmas Present, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown,
Lucy Van Pelt and many others. She is a founding member of
OffBook Productions and President of Thespian Troupe #5913.
She would like to thank her Mother and sister for their
support as well as the cast and crew for all their hard work.
Joshua Songster (George) – Joshua
is proud to be participating in his second Players production.
His credits include Coach Dunbar in the CHS production of
Footloose, Eddie in The Yellow Boat, Uncle Vladimir
in Dear Edwina Jr. and stage managed Little Shop of
Horrors. Josh would like to thank his family for letting
him participate in this production.
Mike Ennis (Tom) – In his third
stage appearance wit the Players, Mike is ecstatic to be a
part of this something so wonderful. Mike would like to thank
those that made all of this happen, especially Pippa, Jody,
the entire Baker family, and Bobby and Felicia.
Pippa Baker - 17 years old, Pippa
is originally from the United Kingdom. She has
previously performed as Empie, in A Simple Task, and
several roles in the State qualifying show The Yellow Boat.
Pippa has also performed as Ronnette in Celebration High
School's performance of Little Shop Of Horrors, The
Sour Kangaroo, in Nothin' Production's performance of
Seussical The Musical, a chorus member in Nothin'
Productions performance of Songs for a New World and as
Emily, in The Celebration
Players performance of Our Town. She was most recently
seen at the 15th annual Orlando Fringe Festival,
performing in The Apple. Pippa would like to thank her
friends and family for their support.
Spencer Jenkins - Spencer’s
previous roles include Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors,
Linus Van Pelt in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,
and Thomas Jefferson in 1776. He recently completed his
first directorial effort with The Complete Works of William
Shakespeare Abridged, and was a founding member of Off
Book Productions at Celebration High School. He would like to
thank his family and friends for their support.
Tony Diaz
- Tony was previously seen as Samuel Chase 1776,
and was also seen in The Complete Works of William
Shakespeare Abridged. He was a founding member of Off
Book Productions at Celebration High School.
Colleen Harrell – No stranger to
the stage Colleen has been in countless productions both on
and back stage. Colleen would like to thank her family and the
cast for their constant support.
Kirby Ryan – Kirby is thrilled to
once again take to the stage with such a talented
cast. His previous credits include, Gad in Joseph and the
Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Doody in Grease,
Frederick in The Sound of Music, Daddy Warbucks in
Annie, The Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz, Snoopy in
You're A Good Man Charlie Brown, Skip Snip in Little
Shop of Horrors, Joseph Hewes and Edward Rutledge in
1776, and Fyedka in Fiddler on the Roof. Best of

Tiara Bergy - Tiara plans to be
home schooled in 6th grade, but her mom still needs to be
convinced. Show credits include, School House Rock Live,
Dear Edwina Jr., Our Town, and most recently
Fiddler on the Roof. Last summer Tiara was asked to
participate in the Flee to be Free video, a state-wide
educational video, preventing child abduction. Tiara would
like to thank the cast, the crew, and our great director,
Bobby. I love God. And we all love "Director Bob".
Gwen Boniface - Another opening,
another show . . . This is Gwen's fourth production with
Celebration Players, and she's thrilled and grateful that they
keep letting her come back. Most recently, she appeared as
Shprintze in Fiddler on the Roof. She has also been
seen as Susie in Dear Edwina, Junior, and in School
House Rock Live, Junior. Gwen is an 11-year-old home
schooler who shares her life with two parents, one brother,
two guinea pigs, two betta fish, one kitten, one inflatable,
purple octopus named Moby Dick and a drawer full of silly
socks.
Camilla Tassi - Born in Florence,
Italy, where she lived before moving to Celebration in 2005,
Camilla studied ballet for 3 years at Scuola Accademica di
Danza. Since 3rd grade she took piano lessons both in Florence
and the U.S., learning to read music according to the two
different systems. She performed at the Serate della Musica at
Teatro del Sale in Florence as a young piano soloist and
attended the School of Music of Fiesole for 3 years. Camilla
is first oboe in the Celebration K-8 Advanced Band and in 2006
received a Special Achievement Award for Music. A member of
Corpus Christi Catholic Church Choir, Camilla was a soloist in
the performance The Living Stations of the Cross.
Alix Miller – Alix has been seen
in A Christmas Carol, and in school takes musical
theatre. She has been on stage since she was 8, and just loves
acting and singing! Alix is happy to be apart of We The
People the musical!
Alyson McCoy – A high honor roll
student at Celebration High School, and member of the dance
team, Alyson was recently seen in CHS’s Footloose. She
competes with the nationally ranked Sundancers Baton Team and
has held the state title in two baton for 3 years. She would
like to thank her parents for taking her to rehearsal and for
teaching her the importance of election day. Thanks to her
sister Peyton for “slicing up the Schnoodle”
Jessica Baker - This is Jessica’s
debut with the Celebration Players. She has always loved
acting and worked backstage on Celebration High School’s
production of Footloose. Jessica is looking forward to
more productions with the Players.
Mike Kaina - Mike has been in
numerous Players productions including TheKing and I as
Lun-tha, Man of La Mancha as Sancho, A Chorus Line
as Bobby, and The Music Man Ewart. Mike is a teaching 7th
grade and director of Headliners at Celebration School. He is
also the Director of Youth Theatre for the Celebration
Players.
Jean Ryan – No stranger to the
theatre and performing, Jean had taken a small 23 year hiatus
but has appeared in the last two Celebration Players
productions with her two wonderful children, Kelley and
Kirby. Jean is happy to be able to share this time with her
children before Kirby heads off to college.
Joe Iriarte –Celebration
resident, father of two, and math teacher at Celebration High
School, Joe takes the stage for the attention. Joe’s
Celebration Players debut was as Lewis Morris in 1776,
and has appeared in Man of La Mancha, Barefoot in
the Park, Harvey, A Christmas
Carol, The Mouse that Roared, and A Man for all
Seasons.
Lisa Iriarte-Performing since she
was Dippy the Dolphin in kindergarten, This is Lisa’s fifth
appearance with the Players. Prior credits include Grandma
Tzeitel in Fiddler On The Roof, Lady Thiang in
The King and I and Abigail Adams in 1776, and
she looks forward to performing with them again. Lisa’s other
credits include Queen of the Night and Papagena in The
Magic Flute, Adele in The Bat, the maid in The
Maid as Mistress, Rizzo in Grease, Aunt Eller in
Oklahoma. An aspiring novelist, Lisa teaches Language
Arts at Celebration School. A mother of identical twin eight
year-old girls, Lisa would like to thank her husband and her
parents for their support.
Trevor Farrell –This is Trevor’s
second appearance with Celebration Players. You last saw him
as Dr. Gibbs in Our Town. Most of his stage work was
in Illinois. His credits include Creon in Antigone, Al
in Side Man, the Irish Bartender in Ah ! Wilderness
on the Bradley University stage, Daddy Warbucks in Annie,
Billy in Anything Goes, and Elmer in Our Girls.
A junior and senior English Teacher at Celebration High
School, Trevor thanks his family and friends their
encouragement and willingness to acknowledge his presence. He
also thanks Celebration Players for such a great experience !
